原本去对面攻略上人气很高的Fair Warung Bale，结果米饭蔬菜虾都没了，直接过来这家，竟然是之前在水明漾吃过的Mama San同一家老板娘的，一家三口点了咖喱羊肉，墨鱼饭和蒸鱼，味道超好，全部吃光，加米饭饮品60万卢比左右，不便宜但觉得值。强烈推荐。

Hujan Locale的理念是我第一次看到就特别认同的。这家的主理人在开业前，花了3年时间与当地农民建立联系，因此店里使用的食材，都是本土最新鲜的农产品。Hujan在印尼语中意思是&ldquo;雨&rdquo;，来的这天正巧时晴时雨，一路来乌布的路上，看到的都是片片农田，印证着这里丰收与繁荣。店铺分两层，一楼有酒吧吧台，我们的位子在二楼，我们落座后没多久，整个二楼的位置就全满了，看来受欢迎程度是非常高了。因为许多菜品都是印尼特色，于是扫了眼菜单后，直接让服务生小哥推荐了菜色。主菜是48小时炖煮牛肋，以及Tipat blayag（一种印尼做法的鸡），这些菜都可以把有辣味的酱单独放一边，需要的时候浇上去，因此小朋友也都能吃。我特别喜欢第一道前菜，就是那个fish dumpling，口感扎实特别棒。也许是因为食材本身够好，所以每道菜不用酱料也同样好吃。
